Hovi Studio provides an intuitive interface for issuing verifiable credentials to recipients through established connections. The Issue Credentials module allows tenants to seamlessly issue credentials based on predefined credential templates.

Prerequisites​

Before issuing a credential template, ensure the following:

  1. You are registered with the Hovi Studio.
  2. You have completed the onboarding process, which includes creating an ecosystem.
  3. You have a credential template.

Steps to issue a credential​

Follow these steps to issue a credential in Hovi Studio for Privado.ID ecosystem.

  1. Sign in to Hovi Studio.

  2. In the left-hand navigation menu, click on the Credential Workflow.

    i. Under this dropdown click on the Connection.

  3. Click on the Create Connection Invitation.

  4. Click on the the Go to Invitation you will get a QR code scan it.

  5. Now again on the connection page you will see connection that you just created. You will find Issue Credential buttton click it on the connection you just created, click it.

  6. Select Template, Connection and put Credential Data and then click on Offer Credential.

  7. You will find your credential in the Issue Credential menu as Pending state. After you accept it from your wallet it will added inside your wallet.
