We are pleased to offer flexible and accessible pricing designed to support businesses at every stage of their digital identity journey, from initial prototypes to large-scale enterprise deployments. Our plans are available for both Cloud and On-premise deployments.

Cloud Pricing Tiers​

Our three main cloud plans cater to different needs and scales:

Basic (Starter)​

Basic Plan Overview

The Basic plan is ideal for developers and small pilots, providing an excellent starting point for exploration and rapid prototyping.

  • Cost: $10 per ecosystem per month.
  • Usage: Includes access to the No-Code Studio, Business Wallet API and SDK, and a monthly quota of 100 credential issuances and 100 verifications.
  • Limits: Allows up to 3 identity ecosystems and 1 team member. This tier is supported by our Community Slack channel.

Growth​

Growth Plan Overview

Our most popular plan is built for scaling pilots and real-world adoption, offering a significant uplift in capabilities and limits.

  • Cost: $100 per ecosystem per month.
  • Features: Includes all Basic features, plus the Cloud Wallet API and SDK, multi-tenant management, and advanced features like Zero Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs).
  • Usage: The base fee includes 500 credential issuances and 500 verifications monthly, with options to purchase additional usage at a competitive rate.
  • Support: Enhanced support includes a dedicated Slack channel and email support.

Scale (PRO)​

The Scale plan is designed for enterprises and large-scale use cases that require maximum performance, control, and reliability.

  • Cost: Flexible, contact us for tailored pricing.
  • Features: Provides unlimited ecosystems, issuances, and verifications. It also includes high-throughput API access, White Label Mobile/Web Wallet options, and customized Consumer Cloud Wallet volumes.
  • Support & SLA: This tier comes with 24/7 Priority Support and customizable SLA options to ensure continuous, high-performance operation.

Deployment Options​

In addition to our standard cloud offerings, we provide an On-premise solution. This option is available for organizations that require enhanced data control, custom integrations, and deployment directly within their own cloud infrastructure. Our expert team will assist with a seamless setup and provide ongoing support.

All of our standard plans include a 30-Day Free Trial for new users to test our core services without any commitment. Pricing is generally a combination of a base fee for platform access and usage based on the number of credentials issued, verified, or monthly active cloud wallets. We also offer discounted pricing for annual subscriptions.
